Week 25
I probably shouldn’t have stood her up in front of the laptop, but she was so excited. And it was just a boring page about a WordPress theme with iTunes playing in the background. There is way more exciting stuff out there, babe. You have no idea. I think we will wait a little longer for all of that.
Meantime, I’m open to suggestions on how to entertain a baby going on six months and not quite sitting up. Please comment below.

You're right. She loves college football. However, I do not and I get my fill on the weekend. I am looking for weekday activities that do not involve the TV.

sigh… She likes going out and doing things, but some days you just have to be at home. I think she's like Henry, in that respect.
See if you're local library has a program, I used to take Weston to Book Babies he loved it and it was free. Also swimming lessons at the YMCA are fun and they get your baby used to being in water.
PS-I also agree with Anonymous about college football, granted I love it. I keep hoping my pirates will be bowl bound again this year.
Two more words: doorway bouncer. Jed would ROCK that thing out. I mean, like airborne. Also, he spent a lot of time in his bouncer seat, the exersaucer, and on his play mat. Like Meredith, I took Jed to infant story time (and now to toddler story time) at the library. But at home, I didn't do too much to entertain him. Mostly, I just let him hang out and watch, even if that meant he was just watching me do laundry or just taking in the sights of our living room walls… of course, maybe that's why he's still not talking!!
