Lucy and the Mystics
While I was having dinner with the 87 Florida book arts crew, Henry decided to take Lucy to their first Washington Mystics game. It seems there are many perks associated with going to see the Mystics – deeply interesting sociological kiss-cam (or lack of kiss-cam)-related issues; shorter beer lines; and most of all, an open-to-everyone Acela Club. Unfortunately the Mystics lost on a last-second shot to the Indiana Fever, but L had a great time regardless. Thanks to our neighbor and former Mystics season ticket-holder Lauren for coming along.
Here is Lucy enjoying the last few seconds of the game. She thinks the Acela Club chicken fingers and fries are lots better than the ones from the concourse. Join us next Saturday night when we go see the Mystics take on the New York Liberty!
