What can make Abuela’s tortilla even tastier? Fresh eggs from the Farmer’s Market. Look at that yellow color! The ratio is three eggs and two potatoes. I asked for future reference.
I love that our egg guy lines the colors up so that there is a mix from left to right, but the same color top and bottom. So there are two brown, two green, two speckled, so on.
Tomorrow is our last day with the Abuelos. We are very sad to see them leave. We have had a great time and knocked out numerous projects. Again, not a lot of pictures. I’m not sure what has gotten into me. Perhaps an obsession with weeding.
