A little about Abuela
Lucy shared some thoughts after her recent visit with her abuelos. I ran across this video last night and realized that I still hadn’t downloaded my pictures from pretty much all summer long.
I can’t understand what she is saying at one point in this video. I know now that she is saying “hotel.” I know this because Lucy frequently refers to the hotel and even asked to visit her abuela there when we saw it from the intersection this week. I told her that she is now in Florida, not the hotel.

Marmie sometimes stays at a neighbor’s guest house when she visits us, so we talk about Marmie’s house here and her other house in Duluth. The first time she stayed there, Jed asked about her and her house every time we went by there (which is usually 2 times a day!).
