Out and About

We went out for a little walk today without the stroller. It was an incredible afternoon, so this is no surprise. We headed to the Kogod Courtyard and the National Portrait Gallery. Lucy loved the opportunity to run around. We have decided to keep her out of the nursery until flu season has passed. She loves church, but her last two visits resulted in the stomach flu. It felt like all of the disadvantages of day care without any of the advantages. So she will be back soon, I hope. Until then, we will be looking for a few more fun ways to explore the city. I think this week we will take the bus somewhere without the stroller.
