Not really sleepy

Since our two-week trip, Lucy has started to cry everytime I lay her down. Before I could just put her in the bed while she was still awake and leave her. She would fall asleep within minutes.

Now we are trying new tricks, including a bedtime book. She looks quite pleased. And I’m getting really good at reading Dr. Seuss out loud.

Before our trip, I had a very strange dream where I was reading out loud to three men in a car. But that wasn’t nearly as strange as the sea of pink-tipped Yorkies I was swimming in while we were visiting Florida.
