Inspiration for my Second Souvenir

While working on my recent piece about Bilbao, I decided to create a series of seven pieces. I have already named the series "Souvenirs: Seven Years Later."

This is the inspiration for my second piece based on my visit to Liverpool. I want to make a self-portait, now that I am able to roam freely inside and out with bare feet.

After I pulled these initial materials, I recalled taking a paper molding class with Lynette. Perhaps that’s the solution. But that doesn’t sound quick nor easy. We’ll see.
