Club 575 :: Parade

Yesterday we hosted an impromptu brunch in celebration of Chinese New Year. Eris is here and I really wanted to watch the parade. Plus Henry loves to cook brunch. So we had a couple of people over with the plan to watch the parade after we ate. Guess what? There was no parade. It is next weekend on Super Bowl Sunday. Of course, that makes perfect sense. I guess the parade was determined by the same committee who moved the MLK Day parade to April. Needless to say that I am disappointed, especially since I am going to be leaving for San Francisco next Sunday.
