I was waiting to cross 6th Street on the northwest corner of H Street. A couple of women were hanging out across the street and a woman next to me invited them to cross over and hang out with her.

She yelled out, “Hey! Why don’t y’all bring the party over here!” They ignored her and kept walking north. Then she yelled out, “I got some panties in your size.”
