We are boarding for Reykjavik as I type. It already feels like vacation: Lucy is with mom and dad; Dulles immediately sends me into a mental Mad Men set; plus Henry left his cell at home. I love that our gate is A19. It rhymes with our anniversary May 19! This is an early trip for our eleven year anniversary. This week was chaotic. Henry had his last day of work yesterday and a party the night before. Thanks, Uncle Cov! Then yesterday Ike emailed me news of a Downtown Playground in DC’s budget! Woohoo!!! Plus there is the St. Philip’s Celebration I’ve (barely) helped plan from afar. We’re up!
