Next week we are headed out on our first vacation without Lucy since I was six weeks pregnant, which isn’t really the ideal time to travel. (Portland was a total blur!)
We bought tickets to Reykjavik in early January, knowing that we would likely move sometime in May. At this point it is starting to feel like serious procrastination. One day I’ll start to pack.
My goal for the last five months was to learn how to spell Reykjavik before our trip. I still have not managed. Thankfully there is spell check.
Right now the week’s forecast includes rain everyday and does not break 50 degrees. Oh man, this could be a major mistake.
Nonetheless, I am still excited.
